At Complete Lettings, we specialise in residential lettings supporting landlords with all aspects of renting their property to prospective tenants. We offer full management services for a hands off approach or a tenant find service for those happy to manage the day to day running however require support with finding the perfect tenant.

Our journey began when Richard and Nina started investing in buy-to-let properties some 25 years ago and they too are current and active landlords within the property sector. Determined to make the most of their investments, they pursued further education and mastered the serviced accommodation strategy and now mix this strategy with residential lettings where appropriate to do so maximising rental income for landlords.

Our Story

Complete Lettings began with Richard and Nina’s passion for property investment. Starting with buy-to-let properties, we quickly immersed ourselves in the world of residential lettings, gaining hands-on experience in managing long-term rentals. But we knew there was more potential to unlock.
To maximise profits, we expanded our expertise into serviced accommodation and houses of multiple occupancy (HMO). Through strategic learning and application, we built a thriving portfolio of our own serviced accommodation units, refining the best practices to generate high returns.
Seeing the success of our approach, we realised we could offer landlords the complete package—whether through traditional residential lettings, high-yield holiday lets, or a tailored mix of both. Now, we help landlords make the most of their properties, providing expert management and guidance to ensure they achieve the best possible returns.
